This definitely sets this book apart from the others and gives the reader a chance to take stock of their eating habits. Read it, then add The Polyamorists Next Door to your personal lending library. It is a well-researched and extensive section of the book.Joan Friedlander really makes the reader reexamine their lives and offers steps on how to get back to it when you are dealing with a health crisis. It's a very short book about 20-40 minutes to read it. Without the personal stories, this would be little more than a long (well written) scholarly review journal article. I have been through at least 10 "recipes" books for teas -- all of them were interesting but lacking when it came to recipes (either being too hard --can't find the ingredients or too brief). I own one of these English conversions here in the United States, even right hand drive, and this book showed me exactly how my van was put together by the conversion company.
