I liked that Dee was a strong, feisty honest woman, and I really liked that she decided to trust. Well written a good history lesson but 'plunder and high adventure' ; not so much. Sugar and olive oil in Phase 1? Sugar anywhere in the entire diet?? Don't bother.. This definitely sets this book apart from the others and gives the reader a chance to take stock of their eating habits. She includes wonderful stories make you feel as though you are reading about yourself and that you are not alone, though it often seems like that.She gives an exhausted list of steps you can take to move forward, but constantly reminds us to let your body dictate the pace.
