Well written a good history lesson but 'plunder and high adventure' ; not so much. However, looking at the 7 measly reviews for such a great story, I felt this one needed me (wink wink). Penny admits this is to be considered a companion for her previous work, "The Age Play and Diaper Handbook" and what an accurate assessment this is - for those who have read her previous you'll find yourself to be just as and possibly even more pleased with this newest book. This volume, however, is much better in this regard than the author's volume on the Bessemer and Lake Erie Railroad, which is notoriously bad. His latest, "David and Goliath" also provides that unique perspective that he brings to his subjects, but as I continued to read the additional examples he introduced, I began to feel that he had taken a good magazine length article and stretched it into a book. I thought Dee and Matthew were a good match. It literally saved me days of work (the answers could be found in an hour).. Excellent book. As a business coach who deals in the mid market and also leads business book sessions for CEOs, this book has been a gift for me.[].
