I received this book as a gift, so I'm not sure who the seller was or how the seller obtained this copy, but the author's name is misspelled on the front cover (see photo). Although I am mostly interested in Erie County, PA proper it should be noted that lines in Warren County and Crawford County are discussed as well. The Erie and Pittsburgh Branch that ran north from New Castle and joined the NYC west of Girard gets scant coverage, however. I love reading true stories & this was one of them. Also, the book not does it have ANY photos of the standard C and D ejection seat, the SJU-17 "NACES" seat. First-off, this is a much smaller book than I was expecting. The level of exposition is very gentle and down-to-earth (though I think some parts of Chapter 5, on swarm robots and evolutionary algorithms, might be a little dry for the uninitiated).
