This is crucial for changing habits because you need to know what to change! Overall this book is incredibly helpful for anyone looking to rev up their metabolism!. That story alone is worth buying the book.But through it all, Johnstone loved to play the game, while having a little fun (which is seemingly a missing ingredient in today's MLB): "How will I be remembered? Maybe someday a rookie will hear my name mentioned and say:'Jay Johnstone? He was so crazy that when he came into the hotel room, his pillow jumped out the window.'And that kid might have a chance in this game.". This book will take you to higher levels, almost immediately. These interviews are designed to collect data in a small amount of time. It made me feel like I could really do this. Thanks to books such as this, we can still appreciate what that world was like.. Not sure what I expected, but this was much better. At the outset there was the interface between China and the nomads, and the exchange of horses against silk.
