I felt the first part of the book was better then the last part when he started to talking about the future of robotics. Tells about the part the railroads played in the movement of men and materials, the efforts and cooperation of the railroads during these trying times following the Depression. I have been through at least 10 "recipes" books for teas -- all of them were interesting but lacking when it came to recipes (either being too hard --can't find the ingredients or too brief). I honestly got teary a few time and certainly laugh out loud often. I felt sorry for Matthew most of the time. . Love this book as to have so many different workout that applies for anyone with or without injury.
